Job description
This role combines systems administration, client support, project implementation, and occasional onsite field engineering. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting Microsoft environments, troubleshooting networks, administering servers, and serving as an escalation point for technical issues.
This is primarily an office and client-site position. Hybrid work opportunities may be available after successful onboarding and demonstrated performance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve client IT issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments
- Support Windows Server environments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Support Hyper-V virtualization environments
- Configure and troubleshoot Ubiquiti networking equipment
- Support firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VPNs
- Perform onsite service calls and escalations when needed
- Assist with server upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects
- Monitor backups and system health
- Document client environments and procedures
- Work directly with clients to provide exceptional service
- Assist in maintaining technical standards across client environments
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows support?, We are looking for a motivated MSP Systems Administrator / Field Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with clients, and helping build a growing technology company., * 3+ years of IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365
- Experience with Windows Server
- Basic networking knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Firewall administration experience
- Backup and disaster recovery experience
- Experience with RMM and PSA tools
