Data Analyst

• Reporting & Extraction: Execute recurring reporting processes, including data extraction, validation, and report generation.
• Data Hygiene: Perform data preparation, cleansing, and alignment using established tools, templates, and methods.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across datasets.
• Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain datasets, refresh reporting outputs, verify expected results, and support updates for reporting tools, including Power BI.
• Issue Escalation: Identify, document, and escalate data issues, inconsistencies, or anomalies to the hiring manager.
• Task Management: Support the execution of a predefined backlog and reporting enhancement tasks while documenting outputs.

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * Experience: 2-5 years of dedicated professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or operational analytics roles.

• Advanced Excel: Heavy proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and large-scale data handling.
• Enterprise ERP Systems: Direct, hands-on experience working with enterprise data systems such as SAP or Ariba.
• Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools, with a strong preference for Power BI.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic working knowledge of SQL or similar query logic.
• Process-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to follow structured, repeatable workflows with extreme attention to detail and strict data governance compliance.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with cross-functional corporate stakeholders.
