Job description

The Senior Manager, Data Services is responsible for managing quality, accuracy, retention, completeness, consistency, and security of the company's databases.This position explores, researches and adapts innovative technologies that are adequate and applicable to Panda. The Senior Manager, Data Services works with IS Leadership to select and retain qualified staff to effectively carry out department functions and provide for the continuity of managerial and specialized skills., * Manages quality, accuracy, retention, availability, consistency, and security of company's databases.

  • Explores, researches and adapts innovative technologies that are adequate and applicable to Panda. Informs and enrolls internal partners to leverage new technology to make better business decisions.
  • Manages and promotes relationships with key stakeholders including customers, business partners, team members and vendors.
  • Works with the IS Leadership to select and retain qualified staff to effectively carry out department functions and provide for the continuity of managerial and specialized skills. Coaches and develops the team to elevate their performance in support of the company's growth strategies.
  • Fosters and inspires a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instills the principles of this culture including training and development of team members
  • Acts as a mentor to team members by developing skill sets and introducing new technologies and tools when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IS or related field required
  • 7+ years of IS experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: M3H: $157,000 - $220,500 / Annual

  • Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
