Job description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to act as a key liaison between the company and customers on technical and quality-related issues. Our products support a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, robotics, defense, medical technology, and more.
In this role, you will support manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve product quality concerns, drive corrective actions, and recommend improvements to production processes. You will also support the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO standards, maintain documentation, and monitor risk activities across the organization., * Develop and implement quality standards and procedures
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics
- Develop corrective actions, solutions, and product improvements
- Investigate and resolve product or production issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform or support internal company audits
- Provide IPC training and serve as a technical resource
- Maintain records, non-conforming material processes, and calibration schedules
- Support safety committee activities
- Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and management
Requirements
Do you have experience in Manufacturing company experience?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelors degree in a science or technical field
- Minimum 3 years of industrial experience, preferably in high-volume manufacturing, automation, or quality engineering
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 2015, IPC 600, IPC 610, and J-STD-001
- Experience with 8D methodology and data-driven quality improvements
- Experience with ERP PLM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Omnify Empower a plus
