We're looking for a Payments Implementation Manager to work on high-impact payments initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing
- Driving the end-to-end local or regional integration and rollout of newly assigned payment networks, schemes, and product rails
- Scoping, producing, and validating technically precise business requirement documents (BRDs) to ensure smooth integration
- Acting as a main technical or operational point of contact for external partners, payment scheme operators, and central banks
- Building, tracking, and deep-diving into live performance dashboards using SQL to monitor transaction behaviours
- Taking functional ownership of system health by analysing logs and troubleshooting complex routing or payment failures
- Establishing robust operational controls, tracking performance metrics, and proactively alerting leadership to regulatory or service level gaps
- Building repeatable frameworks, process documentation, and localised standard operating procedures entirely from scratch in ambiguous environments
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * 4+ years of experience in payment operations, integration management, or technical product management
- Knowledge of payment standards, messaging protocols, or card processing workflows
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder integration projects, or full product market launches and migrations
- Solid communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to deep-dive into topics leveraging existing knowledge base and tools
- Autonomy in planning and executing actions (constructing processes from scratch and updating them, following service indicators, building reports, etc.)
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or banking
- Experience launching banking products
- Fluency in French
