Senior MDM & Data Integration Consultant

• Take ownership of end-to-end MDM & data integration projects - from first client discussions to successful go-live
• Build smart, scalable master data solutions on our Phoenix platform that make a real impact for clients
• Work on exciting topics like data quality, matching, deduplication, and integration into complex system landscapes
• Collaborate closely with clients, partners, and international teams - shaping solutions together
• Influence architecture decisions and help design sustainable, future-ready data landscapes
• Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, validation, and smooth handovers to support teams
• Actively contribute to shaping our MDM expertise: best practices, standards, and methodologies
• Share your knowledge, mentor junior colleagues, and grow your own leadership footprint

Do you have experience in XML?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Several years of experience in IT with a strong focus on MDM, data integration, or data governance

• Solid understanding of master data concepts (e.g., golden record, matching, deduplication, data quality)
• Hands-on experience with MDM or data tools (e.g., Informatica, Semarchy, Talend, SAP MDG or similar)
• Strong SQL skills and a good grasp of data models and integration architectures
• Confidence working with APIs and data formats such as REST, JSON, or XML
• A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to turn complex requirements into pragmatic solutions
• Strong communication skills and a consulting mindset - you enjoy working with both business and tech stakeholders
• You communicate confidently in both English and French and enjoy working in an international environment
