Job description

We're looking for a proactive MI & Data Analyst to help turn our data into meaningful insight that drives better decisions, stronger performance, and improved customer outcomes. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in a business that values clarity, accuracy, and continuous improvement, where your work will directly support both operational teams and strategic growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Turning data into clear, actionable insight to support better business decisions and performance
  • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, Excel reports and forecasting models
  • Analysing trends across volumes, utilisation, customer behaviour and operational performance
  • Supporting forecasting and forward-looking insight to help teams plan effectively
  • Delivering accurate reporting, MI and adhoc analysis for operational, finance and leadership teams
  • Supporting strategic invoicing processes, including reconciliation, validation and query resolution
  • Improving data quality, controls and consistency across operational and financial reporting
  • Identifying opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Using digital tools and exploring AI-enabled solutions to improve insight and efficiency
  • Supporting operational helpdesks and ensuring reporting requests are handled accurately and on time
  • Helping improve processes, reporting structures and day-to-day operational workflows

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI

  • Experience with SQL or other query languages
  • Exposure to automation tools or AI-enabled reporting solutions
  • Experience with forecasting, trend analysis, or commercial reporting
  • Confident Excel user with experience working with large or complex data sets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
