Job description

You will work at the heart of complex transformation programmes, enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes through effective planning, coordination, and Agile best practices., * Facilitate and manage Agile Release Train (ART) execution in line with SAFe methodologies

  • Lead key ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines to ensure successful programme execution
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to align on objectives and outcomes
  • Drive Agile transformation initiatives, coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on best practices
  • Track and report on programme metrics, including velocity, risks, dependencies, and release readiness
  • Facilitate risk management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives across the ART
  • Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and enterprise delivery frameworks
  • Support release management processes and enable seamless integration with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAFe?, * Extensive experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in enterprise environments

  • Strong expertise in SAFe Agile methodologies and large-scale Agile delivery
  • Proven capability in driving Agile transformation and coaching teams at scale
  • Experience delivering complex programmes across cloud, data, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and enterprise delivery governance
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead through influence, manage conflict, and drive cross-functional collaboration
