Digital Project Manager Remote (UK) 6-Month Initial Contract Competitive Hourly Rate - DOE We're supporting a leading global technology organisation on the appointment of a Digital Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new candidate experience platform integrated with an enterprise recruitment ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, AI, and Digital Experience, helping to deliver a modern, engaging recruitment journey for candidates. The RoleYou will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a candidate experience transformation programme, including the implementation of career sites, AI-powered candidate engagement tools, and integrations with existing recruitment systems.Working closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, Product, Technology and third-party vendors, you will ensure successful delivery from requirements gathering through to testing, launch and adoption. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of a new career site and candidate engagement platformManage integrations between recruitment systems to ensure seamless data flow and candidate trackingGather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specificationsPartner with design, product and technical teams to define candidate journeys, user flows and digital experiencesCoordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, risks and dependenciesLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management and go-live readiness activitiesManage stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates to leadership teamsIdentify opportunities to improve candidate experience and reduce recruitment process frictionSupport change management, training and adoption activities
Requirements
