Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with strong expertise across both the technical and functional dimensions of Wholesale and Retail Assortment and Space Planning solutions. The ideal candidate brings solid Business Analyst capabilities along with a deep understanding of retail and wholesale planning methodologies. This role will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of integrated wholesale and retail planning solutions. Prior experience with Assortment Planning platforms such as Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning, Anaplan and/or 09 Solutions is strongly preferred., * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to retail and wholesale planning processes.
- Create and maintain data models, ensure accuracy, integrity, and performance of the underlying databases.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot issues, optimize queries, and enhance system functionalities.
- Provide technical expertise, support, and documentation during system implementations, upgrades, and daily / weekly integrations.
- Design and develop SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform and manage data from various sources.
- In Partnership with leaders, help in evaluating & implementing the latest analytics tools and technologies, prioritizing cloud-based solutions that offer scalability, reliability, and real-time data processing capabilities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * Extensive expertise in retail systems and processes, providing a solid foundation for effective problem-solving and solution development.
- Proven ability to strategize, define system requirements, design, test, train and implement practical business solutions within challenging timeframes.
- Clear and articulate communication skills, adept at both oral presentations and written documentation.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with business partners to achieve shared goals.
- Proficient in various computing tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel with advanced formula creation, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Oracle CPQ, and SQL.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for problem solving, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution of issues.
- Keen ability to identify requirements and anticipate potential scenarios, along with the agility to recognize and address corrective opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Comfortable working within a team or autonomously, demonstrating independence and initiative even with minimal supervision.
