Job description

  • Oversee all functions of store and employees and make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Provide timely and quality repairs on customers smartphones, tablets and computers and make sure employees are as well
  • Maintain proper inventory controls and make sure orders are done weekly
  • Maintain high quality standards of customer service and care
  • Promote and upsell additional products and electronic accessories to gain more sales and business in store
  • Meet key performance standards and productivity goals
  • Abide by company policies and procedures
  • Provide knowledgeable and effective communication on repair process/updates to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space for yourself and employees and make sure store is cleaned
  • Strive to constantly improve skills and move up
  • Demonstrate a high level of motivation
  • Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance customer service experience
  • Weekly store marketing to multiple retailers, passing out flyers, etc.
  • Make sure follow up with store owners to keep a good level of communication going
  • Be on time for every shift

Requirements

Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, The role of a technician requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication, and familiarity with technical tools. Candidates must be able to handle multiple projects, deliver work efforts that meet the highest quality standards, and be able to work with minimal supervision. In addition, you will be expected to, * High school diploma

  • Sales / customer service experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • MUST have experience with all brands of cellphone, computer, and tablet repairs- including but not limited to: iPhone, androids, Samsung, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed, * High school or equivalent (Required), * Sales and Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Cell Phone: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Computer repair: 2 years (Preferred)
