Job description

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive.
  • Manage and enhance CRM and business application platforms.
  • Develop workflows, automation, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Support Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • Improve data quality, user adoption, and overall system performance.
  • Assist with identity management, security administration, and technology projects.
  • Document processes and provide technical support for complex system issues.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and cloud-based business applications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of system integrations, SaaS applications, and reporting tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skills., * administering MS 365 products: 2 years (Required)
