Job description

The Infrastructure Team is seeking a Systems Administrator to serve as a senior technical resource and key operational partner within IT. This hands-on role is responsible for escalated technical support, access administration, hardware procurement, asset management, and operational reporting. The Systems Administrator also serves as the primary Level 2/3 escalation point and supports the day-to-day operations of the IT environment., Provide Level 2/3 support for systems, networks, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, servers, endpoints, and business applications.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

Review and validate user access requests, maintain access records, and support periodic access reviews.

Manage hardware procurement, asset tracking, deployments, refreshes, and equipment retirement.

Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and operational reports.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration or advanced IT support.

Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, networking, and infrastructure systems.

Experience with identity and access management, ticketing systems, and IT operational reporting.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with hardware procurement, vendor management, and asset lifecycle management.

Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL.
