Job description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician that plays a key role in ensuring all Factory6 dietary supplements meet the highest standards of safety, purity, and efficacy. This role supports production through in-process checks, material sampling, documentation, and adherence to cGMP and FDA regulations. The QA Technician collaborates closely with Production, and Regulatory teams to maintain compliance and continuous quality improvement., * Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing stages (weighing, blending, encapsulation, packaging, etc.)

  • Sample and test incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
  • Conduct inspections and release finished goods according to established specifications
  • Investigate and document deviations, non-conformances, and participate in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes
  • Assist in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections (FDA, third-party, etc.)
  • Maintain detailed and accurate quality records for traceability and compliance.
  • Support updates to quality procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Regulatory compliance?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related role within dietary supplements, food, or pharmaceuticals

  • Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and HACCP principles
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google workspace
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Experience with quality systems (e.g., HACCP, SQF)
  • Familiarity with dietary supplement manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Prior experience in a cGMP-regulated environment
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
