Job description
We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT Operations Specialist to serve a key role within our IT Department. This position combines hands-on help desk support with critical administrative, operational, and organizational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats to support the overall efficiency of the IT team., * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support to end users, including basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage IT department data collection, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate documentation and metrics.

Maintain and update IT policies, procedures, and playbooks to support consistent department.

Handle IT Shipping & Receiving activities, including inventory management, asset tracking, and coordination with vendors.

Support IT Purchasing processes, including requisitioning equipment, software licenses, and supplies.

Oversee information tracking and management across multiple IT systems and tools.

Assist with maintaining accurate IT asset inventories and records.

Support special projects and initiatives as needed within the IT department.

Participate in occasional travel (approximately 15%) for equipment deployment, site support, or training.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * 3-5 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.

Strong familiarity with Office 365 administration and tools.

Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Determined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Exemplary customer service along with solid written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of IT purchasing, shipping/receiving, and inventory processes is highly desirable.
