Job description
We are looking for a sharp, curious, and highly motivated person to own and improve the performance of our website popups. Prior experience managing popups is not required. We care more about intelligence, initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This role is responsible for implementing ideas, launching tests, analyzing results, and continuously improving signup conversion rates through structured experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Own the setup, management, and optimization of website popups.
- Implement new popup ideas and conversion strategies.
- Design, launch, and monitor ongoing A/B tests.
- Analyze test results and identify opportunities to increase signup rates.
- Create and test new headlines, offers, designs, timing rules, and user flows.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to execute experiments.
- Maintain a testing roadmap and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
- Continuously research CRO best practices and bring new ideas to the table., A successful candidate will:
- Consistently launch and manage experiments.
- Use data to make decisions rather than relying on assumptions.
- Generate and implement new ideas for improving conversion rates.
- Drive measurable improvements in website signup performance over time.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Website management?, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- Ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, marketing tools, or analytics is a plus, but not required., * Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
