Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in SSIS and SQL development
Must be knowledgeable in SQL SSIS Data Warehousing concepts ETL processes
Strong experience as onsite Handson Tech lead In both SQL Server and Snowflake
Good experience in Snowflake Cloud data platform
Must have Cloud Data engineering experience and not just SQL server
Must have prior leading experience as Technical Lead in customer projects of scale and complexity
Responsible for data reporting converting customer requests into technical details and ensuring deliverable commitments are met
Good Problem Solving ability
Must be familiar working in Agile based delivery mechanism
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
Prior experience of working in PC Insurance domain
Exposure to working in GenAI based solutioning
Soft Skills
Possess strong written and oral communication skills
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders mid and Senior level
