They understand accounting enough to protect accuracy, controls, reconciliations, close, reporting, and review points. They also understand systems, automation, and AI well enough to streamline work without creating risk.

They can sit with a Controller, CFO, Accountant, or CEO , understand the pain point, map the current process, identify the root cause, recommend a better workflow, build or coordinate the solution, test it, document it, and help the team adopt it.

Accountability & Ownership
Jordan owns assigned accounting workflow, automation, and AI-supported process improvements from idea to implementation.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Power BI?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in education?, We're looking for someone who can independently own accounting workflow, automation, and AI-supported process improvements.
This person is practical, steady, curious, and execution oriented. They understand accounting workflows well enough to know where accuracy and review matter, and they understand systems well enough to build solutions or partner with Tech when needed.
They are not a full AI architect or senior technology leader. They are a hands-on process owner who can improve how accounting work gets done., * Accounting Operations: 5 years (Preferred)
