Job description

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from Finance stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear, complete, and traceable functional and non-functional requirements. Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation supporting project initiatives. Collaborate with Architecture teams to define application solutions and system integrations. Support Solution Design activities by assessing impacts, dependencies, risks, and technical constraints. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Work closely with Development, QA, and Operations teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented by technical teams. Support testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, applications, and existing solutions.

Requirements

Do you have a Master's degree?, We are looking for a Technical Analyst with experience in Finance environments and a strong ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, supporting the entire lifecycle of application solution design and implementation.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional and technical analysis skills with the ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders, development teams, and architects. They will actively contribute to Solution Design activities while ensuring alignment with the organization's technology standards and architectural guidelines., Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst. Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Experience in defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements. Knowledge of software analysis and design methodologies. Experience in producing functional and technical documentation. Understanding of enterprise application architectures and integration patterns. Ability to collaborate effectively with Architecture and Development teams on technical topics. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Experience managing medium-to-large IT initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the Finance sector and related business processes. Experience supporting Solution Design and architectural assessment activities. Experience in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance business needs with technological constraints. Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset. Team-player attitude with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups. Languages Fluent Italian. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
