Job description
Shape what we build at Voys and why, from sharpening the product decisions in your team to raising the product thinking of the people around you.
Do you get excited about turning fuzzy user problems into products people actually use, and helping a team learn faster while doing it? Full-time / Part-time · Groningen
Building products that matter
Join our Product Development team and help shape the way businesses build customer relationships across phone, chat, and other conversation channels.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary scrum team and own the product direction for that team: what gets built, why it matters, and how you'll know it worked. You have real influence over where the product goes, not just which tickets move next.
Beyond your own team, you enjoy growing the product thinking in the organization. Through working alongside the other Product Owners, sharing how you approach discovery and decisions, and being someone others learn from.
From problem to outcome
We're looking for someone with strong product judgement who never loses sight of the user. You ask "what problem are we actually solving?" and "how will we know this worked?" before "what should we build?", and you help the team find a balance between these questions.
You take ownership from the moment a problem is still fuzzy all the way through to a working product, and you don't stop at shipping. You care whether it reached the user and made their lives easier. You can hold a line with stakeholders and say no with a reason, and you make decisions from evidence and user feedback rather than the loudest voice in the room., Much of the value in this role comes from working closely with your team, our Customer Experience colleagues, and the other Product Owners. We'd like you to be based in the Netherlands and able to reach our Groningen office once or twice a week. The rest is flexible.
