Job description

  • Travelling across the UK to deliver on-site IT support to clinics and corporate offices
  • Acting as a first responder to minimise downtime and keep critical services running
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Supporting installations, upgrades, and site onboarding activities
  • Providing remote Service Desk support when not in the field
  • Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation and knowledge articles
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering exceptional customer service, You'll play a vital role in ensuring technology supports essential services, with a direct impact on business continuity and user experience. Requirements

Are you a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? Do you enjoy solving problems on-site and making a real impact where it matters most?, * Experience in an IT support or field engineer role (2+ years)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, M365, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Hands-on troubleshooting across multi-site environments
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and own issues through to resolution
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK
