Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bi-Lingual Front Desk Specialist to serve as the welcoming face of our organization.   • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle all front desk duties including check-ins, appointments, and visitor sign-ins with precision
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage office supplies to ensure a well-functioning workspace
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office management tools for daily tasks
  • Support administrative functions such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, proofreading documents, and basic bookkeeping
  • Assist with clerical tasks like filing, data entry, proofreading, and managing correspondence to support office operations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Patient interaction?, * 1 year front desk experience (preferred)

  • 1 year customer or patient facing experience.
  • Spanish Bi-Lingual
  • Working in a Dental or Healthcare setting (preferred), * Proven experience in front desk or reception roles with strong organizational skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in [specify languages] with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks
  • Demonstrated office management experience with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with fast typing skills
  • Experience in customer service or customer support roles with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, proofreading, and record keeping
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
