- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Handle all front desk duties including check-ins, appointments, and visitor sign-ins with precision
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage office supplies to ensure a well-functioning workspace
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office management tools for daily tasks
- Support administrative functions such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, proofreading documents, and basic bookkeeping
- Assist with clerical tasks like filing, data entry, proofreading, and managing correspondence to support office operations
Requirements
Do you have experience in Patient interaction?, * 1 year front desk experience (preferred)
- 1 year customer or patient facing experience.
- Spanish Bi-Lingual
- Working in a Dental or Healthcare setting (preferred), * Proven experience in front desk or reception roles with strong organizational skills
- Bilingual proficiency in [specify languages] with excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks
