Having a manufacturing industry knowledge/experience/exposure is highly desirable. Currently we are estimating the engagement to last anywhere from 6 to 9 months (subject to change based on client requirements)

Experienced with architecting and implementing Splunk ITSI Cloud Instance (SaaS model) Monitors and Single Pane of View Dashboards

Hands on experience with

• Splunk Cloud Platform Implementation framework and setup

• Service Decomposition, Search Heads (including clusters), Indexers and Forwarders

• Content packs installation and configurations

• Clear understanding of KPIs, Metrics, Rules, thresholds etc

• Configuring interfaces with ServiceNow for alerting and ticketing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, splunk engineer / splunk consultant / splunk developer, itsi
