Job description
This role is a senior-level, hands-on digital design position responsible for owning significant portions of Oral-B's digital ecosystem across eCommerce, retail media, paid social, and owned digital channels. The Senior Designer partners closely with Design leadership, Media, DCom, and a dedicated Brand Franchise Owner (BFO) to translate brand strategy, innovation priorities, and portfolio direction into best-in-class digital execution at scale.
This role sets the creative quality bar for Oral-B digital work, leads digital design execution end-to-end for key initiatives, and provides day-to-day guidance to Design Managers while remaining a strong individual contributor.
What You'll Do:
Digital Design Leadership & Execution:
- Own and lead digital design execution for Oral-B across priority platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, retail media, paid social, owned channels)
- Translate Brand and BFO strategy into clear, actionable digital design direction
- Lead design development for innovation launches, key campaigns, and evergreen portfolios
- Produce high-quality static, modular, and motion-based digital assets, ensuring performance readiness and platform relevance
- Maintain and evolve digital creative systems, toolkits, and templates to enable scaled execution
BFO & Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Act as a day-to-day digital design partner to the Oral-B BFO
- Participate in upfront discussions to shape digital approach, prioritization, and scope
- Translate complex Oral-B innovation stories (devices, systems, technical benefits) into intuitive, consumer-friendly digital storytelling
- Partner closely with Media and DCom to ensure digital assets are fit-for-platform and performance-optimized
Quality, Craft & Team Impact:
- Set and uphold a high bar for digital design craft and consistency
- Provide design guidance, feedback, and informal mentorship to Digital Designer Managers
- Review work for quality, brand equity, and platform effectiveness
- Use testing results, performance data, and competitive benchmarks to continuously optimize execution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, clarity, and speed within the Digital Design Studio
Requirements
- Strong mastery of digital design fundamentals and platform-specific execution
- Proven ability to lead digital work from brief to final delivery
- Experience partnering directly with marketing leads or equivalent brand owners (eg, BFOs)
- Confidence translating strategy into execution and influencing outcomes through design
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and performance-driven digital ecosystems
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining craft excellence
- Comfort providing feedback and guidance to less experienced designers
- High ownership mindset, strong judgment, and collaborative leadership style, * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years of relevant digital design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Digital-first design thinking
- Platform-specific execution
- System-based and campaign work
- eCommerce or performance-driven content
