We're partnering with a leading healthcare organization to bring on a Senior MDM Architect who will play a critical role in designing and scaling enterprise master data solutions.
This is a high-impact, strategic role where you'll define how member, provider, and reference data is mastered across complex systems-helping drive accuracy, interoperability, and better business outcomes.

- What You'll Be Responsible For
Architect and design end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
Define and implement: Match & merge logic, Survivorship rules, Golden record frameworks
Lead MDM strategy across member, provider, and reference data domains
Integrate data from multiple source systems into a unified platform
Design solutions across hybrid environments (on-prem + Azure)
Partner with business and technical teams to align data architecture to enterprise goals
Provide strategic guidance and architectural leadership (this is not a hands-on developer role)
Requirements
Strong experience architecting enterprise MDM solutions
Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (or similar MDM platforms)
Deep understanding of: Match/merge logic, Survivorship rules,
Golden record design
Experience integrating multiple data sources (files, APIs, databases)
Strong background in ETL / SQL / data movement concepts
Experience working with: Member data, provider data and/or claims datasets * Extensive healthcare data knowledge and advanced data modeling & data relationship concepts
- Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Familiarity with: CMS requirements, FHIR / interoperability standards
- Knowledge of managed care industry and data including, but not limited to, claims/encounter, member/eligibility, providers, pharmacy, lab results, ADT-CCDA, etc
Experience working in Azure environments (ADF, Data Lake, Databricks)
Exposure to enterprise reference data management (ERDM)
Experience in hybrid/cloud data architectures
