Job description

  • Partner with WE agency teams to develop tools that will help their daily tracking of PR activity.
  • Partner with other analysts and turn insights and strategic objectives into trackable and actionable goals
  • Design standard reports and drive ad-hoc BI that enable teams to effectively inspect the drivers of client performance on a real-time, monthly & quarterly basis.
  • Proactively explore complex data environment, mining to find insights you can bring to agency client teams
  • Collaborate with WE's Data team to streamline inefficiencies in the data preparation process.
  • Consolidate and coordinate requirements to develop reporting or analytical capabilities to address the client's need.
  • Create written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations.
  • Design appropriate business focused training material.
  • Provide support across agency related to BI Training self-service BI training/support.
  • Develop reports based on technical and functional requirements.
  • Provide estimates for end-to-end reporting solution.
  • Assist others in utilizing the tools to the best of their abilities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Design, Development, Unit Tests, and Maintenance of reporting objects
  • Extensive experience with SQL, SQL Script stored procedures and user designed functions.
  • Extensive experience with relational and dimensional modeling / Slowly Changing Dimensions.
  • Must have experience with relational and dimensional models.
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Intelligence experience.
  • Experience implementing marketing reporting solutions in a large company preferred.
  • Solid analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective listener who can gather requirements from non-technical staff and translate those business needs into comprehensive solutions.
