Job description
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst who will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities and deep hands-on experience with Power BI, Splunk, Looker Studio and Google Analytics .
This role requires someone who can work with cross-functional teams, interpret data from multiple sources, build dashboards, identify trends, and support both operational and strategic analytics initiatives.
Tiered Position - Higher level candidates considered based on relevant experience. *We are unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship to work in the US, now or in the future, for this position.
Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards , data models, and reports to support business insights.

Use Splunk to analyze system logs, monitor application performance, build dashboards, and support operational intelligence.

Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) to track digital engagement, user behavior, conversion performance, and web/mobile analytics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs.

Identify data trends, anomalies, and insights that help guide decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting sources.

Support ad-hoc analysis requests as needed to answer key business questions.

Provide troubleshooting support for analytics reporting issues, data discrepancies, and tracking-related challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, Splunk, Looker Studio and Google Analytics (essential).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.

Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Ability to present complex information clearly.

Experience in digital analytics, operational analytics, and customer behavior analytics.
