Job description

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst who will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities and deep hands-on experience with Power BI, Splunk, Looker Studio and Google Analytics .

This role requires someone who can work with cross-functional teams, interpret data from multiple sources, build dashboards, identify trends, and support both operational and strategic analytics initiatives.

Tiered Position - Higher level candidates considered based on relevant experience. *We are unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship to work in the US, now or in the future, for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards , data models, and reports to support business insights.

  • Use Splunk to analyze system logs, monitor application performance, build dashboards, and support operational intelligence.

  • Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) to track digital engagement, user behavior, conversion performance, and web/mobile analytics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs.

  • Identify data trends, anomalies, and insights that help guide decision-making.

  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting sources.

  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests as needed to answer key business questions.

  • Provide troubleshooting support for analytics reporting issues, data discrepancies, and tracking-related challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Splunk, Looker Studio and Google Analytics (essential).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.

  • Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

  • Ability to present complex information clearly.

  • Experience in digital analytics, operational analytics, and customer behavior analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

  • A detail-oriented, curious, and proactive analyst.

  • Someone who enjoys solving complex problems and improving data visibility.
