UNCOMN is seeking a Data Integrator (JPSE) to:

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, data stewards, government personnel, and stakeholders to translate mission requirements into scalable data integration and interoperability solutions.
  • Serve as a steward for assigned data domains, supporting data governance activities, issue resolution, and enterprise data management initiatives.
  • Coordinate and monitor data integration across multiple internal and external sources, resolving technical, interoperability, quality, and availability issues.
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks, integration constraints, technical debt, and data conflicts that impact operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, security, and compliance through routine validation, reconciliation, and governance practices.
  • Advise leadership and stakeholders on data quality, governance, integration risks, and operational impacts to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation for data sources, integrations, workflows, and processes to support continuity, reporting, audits, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide ongoing operational support to meet mission, reporting, and evolving business requirements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, * Active, fully adjudicated Secret clearance.

  • Experience supporting enterprise or operational data integration activities in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance, stewardship, interoperability, data quality, and data architecture principles.
  • Experience coordinating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional organizations to resolve data integration and operational challenges.
  • Understanding of data security, classification, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience maintaining documentation, procedures, reports, and other operational artifacts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.
  • Willingness to obtain relevant certifications as required by future client or contract needs.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting DoD, federal, or other mission-critical operational environments.
  • Familiarity with JECC, JCSE, USTRANSCOM, or similar operational data environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, enterprise data management, and systems integration.
  • Experience with operational analytics, enterprise reporting, compliance activities, and decision-support solutions.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
