Job description
- Provide end-user application and desktop support for both Windows and Apple environments (MacOS/iOS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents at first contact or escalate appropriately.
- Define, document, and analyze incident scope to identify root causes.
- Monitor and prioritize incidents based on severity; ensure timely issue resolution.
- Perform software installations, access provisioning, and application deployments.
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Build strong relationships with end-users through professional communication and support.
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements and proactive issue management.
- Complete IT governance and project assignments within set timelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service standards.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, * 3+ years of experience in IT desktop or helpdesk support.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on experience with MacOS and iOS support (Apple device setup, MDM, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel between NY locations (e.g., White Plains, Bronx).
- Having a valid driver's license and access to a car is preferred.
