Serve as Scrum Master for 2-3 Agile teams.

Coach teams and the organization on Lean-Agile and SAFe best practices.

Conduct team and train-level Agile assessments.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and improve team performance.

Create and maintain Agile metrics to measure team progress and effectiveness.

Support PI Planning activities, including capacity planning and WSJF prioritization.

Facilitate cross-team collaboration and Agile coach sync meetings.
-
Assist teams in managing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and adapting to organizational changes.

Develop and enhance Agile training materials and internal coaching programs.
Requirements
We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing Agile organization. This role requires a strong servant-leader mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience leading software development and product teams in a SAFe Agile environment., + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of IT experience.

At least 5 years of experience leading projects and/or teams.

Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and servant leadership principles.

Experience with Kanban and Agile delivery practices.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Scrum Practitioner (SP)

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
