Job description
- Provide Tier 1-2 support via ticketing system, phone, chat, and/or walk-ups
- Troubleshoot Windows workstation issues (performance, profiles, printers, connectivity)
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint) and basic email troubleshooting
- Assist with account provisioning and password resets in Active Directory / Azure AD
- Troubleshoot basic network issues (Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity)
- Image/reimage PCs, deploy software, and handle endpoint setup for new hires
- Support peripherals (printers, docks, monitors, scanners, mobile devices)
- Document fixes, create/maintain KB articles, and keep tickets updated
- Escalate to Tier 3 / Systems / Network teams when appropriate and follow through
