IT Help Desk Technician - Commerce, CA

• Support Windows desktop/server environments (up to Windows 11 & Server 2022)
• Troubleshoot network and hardware issues like a pro
• Install and configure systems, apps, and printers
• Respond to support calls/emails with clarity and confidence
• Translate "tech speak" into plain English for non-technical users
• Work independently AND collaborate with a smart, supportive team
• Visit nearby sites (yes, reliable transportation is a must!)

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Are you the go-to tech problem solver in your circle? Do you thrive on troubleshooting, staying calm under pressure, and helping non-technical folks feel empowered by technology?, * Proven IT help desk experience

• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and troubleshooting tools
• Clear communication and excellent customer service skills
• A passion for tech and a get-it-done mindset

Bonus Points For:

• Linux support experience
• PowerShell/Bash scripting
• SQL know-how
