Sr.BA (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management)

Looking for aSenior Business Analyst to support enterprise technology modernization initiatives and strategic IT projects. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, developers, and solution architects to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions using Agile Scrum and Feature Driven Design (FDD) methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, Azure DevOps backlog management, user story development, process modeling, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement while serving as the bridge between business operations and technology teams., Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions. Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps. Support Agile Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning. Develop process flow diagrams utilizing BPMN, UML, and workflow modeling techniques. Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for new system enhancements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and test cases. Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Support implementation, deployment, change management, and user adoption activities. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and technical documentation. Provide project status reporting, documentation, and knowledge transfer support. 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise software development projects. Experience serving as an IT Business Analyst on large-scale application development initiatives. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management implementations. Strong experience documenting business and functional requirements. Experience managing requirements and backlogs using Azure DevOps or GitHub. Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Feature Driven Design (FDD). Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered. Preferred Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
