Product Support Specialist

• Inbound phone/email support: assisting calls/emails on product setup, missing parts, rma's, warranties, and general customer support inquiries
• Creating RMA/warranty tracking support tickets and processing outbound parts shipments
• Order sales support
• Inventory management
• Data entry

We are looking for a qualified and motivated product support specialist that has a good sporting goods background as well as great customer support experience., * Experience using Microsoft office products: outlook, excel, word, ups shipping software

• Proficient computer knowledge, phone etiquette skills,
