Job description
The Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, specifying, and managing integration projects between the Yooz product and external systems. They analyze integration possibilities and produce functional and technical specifications for connectors intended for development teams, overseeing projects from design to delivery.
- Functional and Technical Specifications
- Design and develop ERP and third-party system connectors
- Analyze technical and functional documentation of ERPs and external tools
- Write functional and technical specifications
- Write User Story tickets for developers
- Break projects into tasks and define phased objectives
- Write test cases and validation scenarios
- Project Management
- Track progress of connector projects
- Collaborate with partners and lead project workshops
- Prioritize User Stories within sprints
- Support developers during implementation
- Manage beta-testing programs
- Assist deployment and configuration
- Perform alpha testing
- Propose process improvements
- Manage multiple projects in parallel
Requirements
Do you have experience in Webinars (training delivery method)?, * Preferred Degree: Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years as a project manager with SaaS implementation.
- Knowledge: Accounts Payable and ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite).
- Technical Background: Understanding of technologies and technical issues with SaaS implementation.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to deliver webinars; proven ability to multi-task and prioritize; Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus Skills: Scripting/development (JavaScript, Rest APIs, database structure).
- Languages: Spanish, French are advantageous.
- Tools: Familiarity with project and CRM tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Salesforce) is a plus
