Job description
- Design end-to-end technical solutions for deploying Torch.AI into customer environments.
- Translate mission requirements into scalable architecture patterns and deployment plans.
- Define system integration approaches across data pipelines, APIs, and AI-enabled services.
- Support customer engagements through technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution validation.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure design decisions align with platform constraints.
- Support deployment execution and troubleshoot integration challenges during delivery.
- Produce clear architecture documentation and implementation guidance.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in solutions architecture, systems engineering, or integration roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, networking, and secure deployment patterns.
- Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to engineers and mission stakeholders.
- Experience supporting complex system integration efforts.
Additional Valuable Experience
- Experience with secure/classified deployments and accreditation requirements.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, retrieval systems, and data fusion architectures.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems of record and mission platforms.
- Active Secret/Top Secret clearance.

Security Clearance
Some roles require an active Secret, Top Secret, or Top Secret/SCI clearance. Where required, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance level.
U.S. citizenship is required for all positions. Torch.AI does not sponsor employment visas.
If you do not currently hold a clearance but are eligible, sponsorship may be available depending on role and mission requirements.
Work Location
Most roles are based at our headquarters in Leawood, KS. Some hybrid/remote positions across the Arlington, VA, Washington, DC, and Maryland (DMV) region are available. Limited travel (<10%) may be required for some roles.
