This role requires on-call rotation and you must live in or be willing to relocate to Wisconsin within two hours of an ATC control center, which are located in Pewaukee and Cottage Grove. This role is not available for remote work.
Essential Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

Own the availability and performance of Technology Operations applications and services

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, outages, and system issues

Collaborate across teams to mitigate risks identified in Lessons Learned and Problem Review events

Execute and validate backup and recovery processes
Requirements
-
Associate's degree or higher in a related field
-
3+ years of system administration experience

Experience with monitoring, patching, and backup management

Familiarity with compliance requirements

Experience with Windows and/or Linux system administration

Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID

Experience with patching, monitoring, and vulnerability mitigation

Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions

Understanding of storage (SAN/NAS) and DNS/DHCP

Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)

Working knowledge of ITIL processes

Benefits & conditions
The targeted base pay for this position is $83,200 to $97,100 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more .
