Systems Administrator

The Infrastructure Team is seeking a Systems Administrator to serve as a senior technical resource and key operational partner within IT. This hands-on role is responsible for escalated technical support, access administration, hardware procurement, asset management, and operational reporting. The Systems Administrator also serves as the primary Level 2/3 escalation point and supports the day-to-day operations of the IT environment., * Provide Level 2/3 support for systems, networks, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, servers, endpoints, and business applications.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Review and validate user access requests, maintain access records, and support periodic access reviews.
• Manage hardware procurement, asset tracking, deployments, refreshes, and equipment retirement.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with day-to-day IT operations.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration or advanced IT support.

• Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, networking, and infrastructure systems.
• Experience with identity and access management, ticketing systems, and IT operational reporting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with hardware procurement, vendor management, and asset lifecycle management.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL.
