Requirements

3+ years' experience with Salesforce development (e.g. Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce.com APIs, Lightning) Experience in the Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud, Marketing cloud is a bonus. Familiar with AppExchange and products available. Understanding of application coding tools, Agile processes, Software Development Life Cycle, preferred App Exchange experience preferred Experience developing in an enterprise environment (e.g. source control, continuous deployment, release management, etc.) Experience creating and maintaining custom and out-of-the-box Salesforce Communities Healthcare and Transportation industry experience a plus Web design or UI/UX experience, preferred Ability to size, scope, and define criteria for development Broad understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of industry methodologies and tools, preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Competency Based Qualifications: Proficient in the Apex language Proficient in creating and maintaining Visualforce pages Proficient in creating and maintaining lightning components Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Understanding of security within Salesforce Understand how to use SOSL, SOQL, and DML statements when working with objects in Apex Understand basic patterns used in triggers and classes to process data efficiently Understand the implications of governor limits on Apex transactions Understand the testing framework and requirements for deployment Understanding of various Salesforce limits, and how to write efficient code within those limits Ability to apply default Salesforce objects and functionality to business process Ability to assimilate both new and existing technologies Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Regular attendance is required Ability to work with remote employees and clients Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment Ability to research issues and implement solutions Ability to provide support during testing and defect resolution Ability to communicate with a variety of people with varying levels of technical knowledge An understanding of database technologies and platforms, preferred.
