Workday Systems Analyst

• Build and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio and EIB tools.

• Develop and maintain low-code/no-code solutions within the Workday ecosystem.

• Coordinate system changes, upgrades, and deployments with cross-functional teams.

• Document functional and technical requirements, workflows, and system processes.

• Provide Tier 3 support for production systems and monitor integrations for optimal performance.

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Applications Specialist - Workday to join their dynamic team. As an IT Applications Specialist - Workday, you will be part of the IT department supporting the HR and finance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization., + Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience working with Workday Studio and EIB integrations.

• Experience developing new and supporting existing Studio integrations and Core Connection integrations.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
