Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Applications Specialist - Workday to join their dynamic team. As an IT Applications Specialist - Workday, you will be part of the IT department supporting the HR and finance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization., + Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant experience working with Workday Studio and EIB integrations.
Experience developing new and supporting existing Studio integrations and Core Connection integrations.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
