Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-time Technical Support Technician with Fulfillment Experience to join our innovative team. In this role, you will provide exceptional IT support to ensure smooth operations across our fulfillment centers and related infrastructure, working Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (11 AM - 3 PM) onsite at your Exton office. Your expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues will be vital in maintaining high productivity levels. ** Part Time 11 AM - 3 PM Monday to Friday Onsite **

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network systems within fulfillment operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to point of hardware
  • Configure the payment terminals
  • Performing Remote installs
  • Managing the inventory
  • Procurement and creating purchase orders
  • Collaborate with teams on onboarding requests related
  • Conduct regular hardware checks
  • Support fulfillment operations by troubleshooting software issues impacting order processing or inventory management systems

Requirements

Do you have experience in Purchasing?, * Proven experience in technical support roles with a focus on fulfillment or warehouse environments

  • Strong knowledge of Android and iOS based device management, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems including Windows and macOS
  • Familiarity with Google suite and common productivity tools
  • Solid understanding of computer networking concepts such as LAN
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of customer support procedures and customer service best practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced fulfillment setting while maintaining attention to detail
