About the RoleAs a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with our customers to bring their data into our platform and configure AI agents on top of it. Customer data lives everywhere - databases, SaaS tools like Salesforce and Jira, spreadsheets, emails - and you'll be the person who connects the dots, gets it flowing, and makes the product deliver value from day one. This is a customer-facing engineering role. One day you'll be whiteboarding an integration with a CTO; the next, you'll be walking a non-technical operations team through what the platform can do for them. Your ability to flex between these audiences is the most critical part of the job. What You'll DoOnboard customer data from a wide range of sources (databases, third-party tools, spreadsheets, email, and more) into our data platformConfigure and deploy agents on top of customer data to solve real business problemsBuild new integrations in Python to connect customer data sources to our platformAct as the technical bridge between customers and our product and engineering teamsTroubleshoot data and integration issues, and see problems through to resolutionTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
What We're Looking ForA technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field)Coding experience with Python (you'll use it to build integrations), plus familiarity with SQL; Go or other languages a bonusOutstanding communication skills - comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and holding your own in conversation with senior engineers and CTOsA genuine willingness to learn, resilience under pressure, and a refusal to give up on hard problems
