Senior Manager - Technology

• Lead the planning, design, and deployment of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure including servers, networks, virtualization platforms (such as VMware and vSphere), and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Manage system administration tasks across Windows Server, Linux, Oracle, SQL Server databases, and application environments utilizing tools like SCCM, PowerShell, IIS, SharePoint, and Citrix.
• Oversee network security measures by implementing firewalls, VPNs, Cisco routers, SAN storage solutions, and adhering to NIST standards for information security and PCI compliance.
• Drive project management initiatives using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira to ensure timely delivery of IT projects aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams through Agile methodologies; experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with security standards such as PCI DSS for payment card data protection; adherence to NIST cybersecurity frameworks; implementation of system hardening measures.
