Job description

You will work closely with schools, colleagues, and partners to ensure data is accurate, timely, and effectively used to support decision-making, safeguarding, and service improvement. The role involves maintaining and developing Synergy processes, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting users across the system.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Education Data Officer to join Enfield's Education Department. This role focuses on the use and development of Synergy to support high-quality data management, reporting, and statutory processes across education services., We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, experience working with education data systems (ideally Synergy), and a clear understanding of data quality and compliance requirements. The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to improving outcomes for children and young people through robust data and systems.
