Integration Specialist

• Manage integration projects from start to finish, keeping customers informed and making sure every stage runs smoothly.
• Set up system connections, including data feeds and external links, and support customers using our application programming interface (API).
• Turn customer needs into clear technical steps and test everything carefully before handing it over.
• Support colleagues and customers by answering integration queries and helping to fix issues quickly.

You enjoy working with customers to solve problems and make complex things feel simple. You're confident handling technical conversations and you're comfortable explaining how different systems talk to each other. You ideally have experience with RESTful APIs, can write and understand simple SQL queries and understand identity protocols such as SAML You like getting into the detail, working things out and seeing projects through., * Experience working with recruitment, people, payroll or background checking systems.

• Experience using simple data queries, such as Structured Query Language (SQL), to help with investigations.
• An understanding of how identity and access tools work, such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML).
• Confidence working with different data formats and secure file transfers
