• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID).

• Intune device management experience, including Windows 11 support.

• PowerShell scripting experience for automation and operational improvements.

• Strong communicationand troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work in dynamic environments,prioritisingeffectively.
