The Fountain Group is currently seeking a PeopleSoft Payroll Consultant for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows
Requirements
10+ years PeopleSoft experience. A strong focus on Core HR, Global HR, Benefits, NA Payroll, and Canadian Payroll modules in PeopleSoft 9.2. Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus. Solid understanding of setup tables, system integration, and HCM payroll processes and reporting. Includes year-end processing of U.S. W2s and Canadian T4s. Experience supporting company specific needs for: garnishments; union pay; FLSA overtime calculations; earnings calculations; employee deduction calculations; interfaces and general ledger transactions. Comprehensive knowledge of payroll administration, including federal and state wage & hour and tax regulations, in a multi-state environment. Ability to research and analyze data to diagnose and resolve system issues. Ability to review and make recommendations of PUM/Tax Updates. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Proficient using Microsoft Office tools.
