Job description

Provide technical support and assistance to customers

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and escalate complex issues
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a help desk ticketing system
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and resolve technical problems
  • Assist in the testing and deployment of new software applications and updates
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
  • IT infrastructure, computer hardware, and operating systems (
  • Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., Jira) and ticketing systems
  • Basic understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security principles
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
