Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks., * Provide technical support and assistance to employees with hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and maintain network and server systems
- Set up and maintain user accounts and access rights
- Conduct regular system backups and updates
- Ensure data security and protection
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and procedures
- Train employees on new technologies and software
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems is a plus
