Job description
The Product Support Administrator's key responsibilities are outlined below: ? Provide backup to the Product Support team by corresponding via email, fax, and phone as well as directing phone calls correctly ? Willing to learn technical information related to products including the following: o Diesel engines o Hydraulics o Transmissions o Air Conditioning o Electrical ? Provide administrative support to the Product Support team by assisting with coordination of departmental planning ? Become acquainted with the Warranty department by understanding and administering the adjudication of warranty claims on products. ? Participate in training for the Product Support Representative role ? Complete administrative duties including but not limited to: o Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports o Develop and maintain a filing system o Greet and assist visitors as needed o Handle sensitive materials in a confidential manner o Take accurate minutes of meetings o Manage staff appointments o Book conference rooms for when required
Requirements
? High school diploma ? 2+ years of experience in similar area of work ? Technical hands-on experience required ? Administrative, organization, and communication skills are preferred ? Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ? Knowledge of Solomon, CRM, and other applications is a plus
